Apply Agent fills the application. You press Submit.
A free browser extension for candidates. It fills job applications from your LaunchBae profile, attaches your resume, and stops before Submit, every time. Questions about salary, visas and equal opportunity are left for you.
Works in Chrome, Edge, Brave and Arc on a computer.
What it does
When you open a job application, the agent fills in your name, contact details, links, work history and education, and attaches your resume. For the extra questions a form asks, it uses answers you saved and drafts the rest for you to check. It never presses Submit and never sends a form for you.
It never answers questions about:
- Salary and pay expectations
- Visa, work authorization and citizenship
- Equal-opportunity questions: race or ethnicity, gender, disability and veteran status
It leaves those fields blank for you, and never keeps your answers to them.
How it works
Drop your resume in the extension
Sign up inside the extension with your email, then add your resume. The agent reads it into a profile you check and correct before anything is saved.
Open an application
On a supported hiring platform the agent offers to fill the form as soon as it loads. On any other application form, click the agent in your toolbar.
Review and submit
It shows what it filled and what still needs you. You check it and press Submit yourself.
Where it works
- Starts by itself
- Greenhouse
- Lever
- Ashby
- Workable
- When you click the agent
- Most other application forms, including company career sites. Click the LaunchBae icon in your toolbar and it fills the form on that page.
- Coming in the next update
- Starting by itself on Workday, iCIMS, SmartRecruiters, SAP SuccessFactors and more of the large hiring platforms.
- Where it stays out
- LinkedIn, Indeed and Glassdoor. Their terms don't allow automation tools, and an account that uses one can be restricted. The agent adds nothing to those pages, to protect your account.
Your data
- It uses your LaunchBae profile and resume to fill your own applications, nothing else.
- On a page it is active on, it reads the form's labels and options so it can put the right detail in each field.
- It does not collect your browsing history or read pages where it is not active.
- It uses no third-party analytics. Anything it saves, you can see, change or delete.
