Grievance Redressal Policy

Last updated: September 9, 2026 · Version 1.0

If something we did with your data was wrong, or something on the platform was, this is who to tell and how long we have to put it right. One named officer handles both a data question and a complaint, so you never have to work out which of them your problem belongs to.

Grievance Officer

Name:
[PENDING LEGAL] Grievance Officer not yet named
Post:
Aiden AI Private Limited, #404, 4th Floor, Gowra Palladium, Raidurg, Telangana, Hyderabad 500081, India

We respond to data requests within 30 days. A grievance is disposed of within 15 days.

1. Who to contact

The Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 require us to publish the name and contact details of a Grievance Officer and to dispose of a complaint within a stated time. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 requires us to publish someone who can answer questions about your personal data. That is one person here, not two, so you never have to work out which of them your problem belongs to.

Grievance Officer

  • Name: [PENDING LEGAL] Grievance Officer not yet named
  • Email: info@aidenai.com
  • Post: Aiden AI Private Limited, #404, 4th Floor, Gowra Palladium, Raidurg, Telangana, Hyderabad 500081, India

The Officer is an employee of the Company, resident in India, and is the person accountable for the answer you get — not a shared inbox that routes wherever there is capacity.

2. What you can bring here

This route is open to anyone — you do not need a LaunchBae account to use it.

  • A data request we have not answered, or answered badly: access, correction, withdrawal of a consent, or erasure.
  • Content on the Platform that is unlawful, fraudulent, discriminatory, defamatory, or infringes your intellectual property.
  • A job listing that is fake, a fee-charging scam, or misrepresents the role or the employer.
  • Conduct by another user — an employer, an institution, a candidate — that breaches the Acceptable Use & Job Posting Policy.
  • An AI-assisted output that you believe misrepresented you.
  • Anything else about how the Platform has treated you.

Whether a particular employer should have hired you is not something we can adjudicate: we are not the employer and we do not make that decision. We will still record the complaint, and we will act on anything it reveals about the Platform itself.

3. How to raise it

If you can sign in

Settings → Privacy & consent. Requests raised there arrive with your account already identified, which is the fastest route, and appear with a reference you can quote.

If you cannot sign in

Use the public form at /privacy/my-data. We verify the email address first — that verification is the whole security model of the form, because we will not send somebody's data to whoever asks for it.

By email or post

Write to info@aidenai.com, or to the postal address above. Tell us the email address on the account, what happened, and what you want us to do.

Every complaint and every data request is logged with a reference and a due date the moment it arrives, whichever door it came through. Ask for the reference if you did not get one.

4. How long we take

  • Acknowledgement: within 48 hours of receipt. [PENDING LEGAL] confirm this commitment.
  • Grievance or complaint: disposed of within 15 days of receipt, as the IT Rules require.
  • Data request — access, correction, withdrawal, erasure: answered within 30 days of receipt.
  • Unlawful content notified to us: removed as quickly as the law requires, and in the case of material we are obliged to act on immediately, immediately.

The clock starts when the request reaches us, not when someone picks it up, and the published windows are the outer limit rather than the target. We keep a record of when each request arrived and when it was closed, so that whether we met the window is a fact and not an opinion.

Two numbers rather than one is deliberate. Publishing a single window would either over-promise on data requests, which genuinely take longer to satisfy properly, or under-promise on complaints, where the shorter period is not ours to relax.

5. If we do not put it right

If we do not respond within the published window, or you are not satisfied with the response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India. You do not need our agreement to do so, and doing so has no effect on your account or on any other request you have with us.

[PENDING LEGAL] The Board's current filing route and address.

Nothing in this policy limits any other legal remedy available to you.
